Ordering

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS, DHL or UPS tracking number.

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with BryanAnthonys.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, Trove & Tribe cannot change the address on our end but you can follow below steps to submit special delivery instructions to the shipping carrier.
DHL US and InternationalFollow this link here, choose your country and input your waybill (10-digit tracking number). You'll then have the option of changing your delivery.
FedEx US and CANYou’ll receive an email directly from FedEx with the tracking information once the parcel is scanned into their system. Please follow the 'Manage My Delivery' portal link which allows you to request a pickup from a FedEx pickup point or a vacation hold for a longer period of time!

NOTE: ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE FINAL SALE.
International orders over $250 will receive free shipping otherwise rates will apply at checkout.

Typically, if your order is made by 11am PST it wil be shipped out on the same day. If your order is made after 11am, it is typically expected to ship on the next business day.

There are three options for orders within the USA:
- Standard (5 - 7 days)
- 3 Days
- 2 Days
Canada and Europe: 4-15 business days
Rest of world: 8-15 business days

Once your order ships, Trove & Tribe is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen from doorsteps/mailboxes/delivery addresses. Please ensure you are providing a reliable and accurate delivery address at checkout.

For international orders: Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Trove and Tribe does not cover taxes and duties. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws.
Please also note that Trove & Tribe does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like any further information.
Returns & Refunds

NOTE: ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE FINAL SALE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligible for a refund. -
For 3-yeasr from the date of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace your piece if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. If you experience a need for jewelry repair, please email us on our contact page with your name, order number, and a description of your repair issue. We are confident in the quality of our product, hence the 3-year coverage. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or earring post, or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry or any modification to your piece done by a third party outside of Trove & Tribe.

We will gladly accept items for exchange, so long as the items are returned in new, unworn condition and the request for an exchange is placed within 3 days of receipt. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange to be processed.

For US returns or exchanges, please fill out our contact form with your name, order number and the reason for your return and we will email you a printable shipping label and instructions. Please note that exchange requests must be made within three days of your order’s receipt. Both exchanged and returned items must be in new, unworn condition. Both returned and exchanged items should include all Awe packaging. All purchases shipped outside of the US are final sale.

Product Care & Information

Our jewelry is coated in an ultra-thick layer of 18K gold. We use 3-micron layer of gold instead of 2, making it more durable than other jewelry on the market. To ensure that our jewelry lasts for years to come, a special coating is applied making its surface ten times harder and more durable in the process. We then hand-polish our necklaces 5 - 6 times to ensure that the final finish is very shiny. This finishing is made to stand up to normal wear and tear.

Yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free, and is made of only stainless steel, 18k gold, and precious gemstones.

We hope you love your Trove & Tribe jewelry for generations. In order to protect it, we recommend using a polishing cloth to clean your piece regularly as elements such as air pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, make-up, sun tan lotion, deodorant, body oils and other natural elements can dull the appearance of gemstones and precious metals .
Please avoid the following which can cause damage to the piece:
- Do not use jewelry cleaner
- Do not use soap or any other cleaning agents
- Do not wear your jewelry while bathing, showering, or swimming
- Do not expose your jewelry to salt water or chlorine
- Do not use a polishing cloth containing any rouge -
When not in use, store your jewelry in your Trove & Tribe jewelry box or pouch.
